To me, the policy is to be polite to others and respectful to all people. The gear is divided into groups based on stats and which classes would be best for them. There was also information about the minimum gear score needed to do raids and a break down of the requirements to reach different ranks within the guild. It also stated that inappropriate actions could result in demotion or removal from the guild.
